Shipping:

Modern Zinc is glad to offer complimentary domestic US ground shipping on all orders. US customers may choose to upgrade their shipping options at checkout.

Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 24-business hours. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.

Returns:

We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase, you may return those items within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number). Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. If you were the recipient of a gift, please contact us so that we can arrange for you to return the gift and receive store credit. Modern Zinc cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not covered under our return policy.
